The Lebanese Padel Representative will serve as the official liaison for Lebanese players participating in local padel tournaments. This role involves properly representing the LPF and ensuring the respect of its interests, guidelines, rules and regulations,  by  coordinating with venues managers and players, handling administrative duties, and ensuring proper documentation and coverage of matches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tournament Supervision: Ensure the adequate management of tournament by checking payment statues, and solving for it, and by checking the players eligilibitlies and the venue set up. 

- Team Support: Assist players with logistical needs and tournament requirements.

- Refereeing Games: Intervene as a referee only when requested by players, ensuring fair play and helping resolve disputes if necessary.

- Communication & Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between Lebanese padel players, tournament organizers, and relevant governing bodies.

- On-Ground Representation: Attend tournaments and games to provide direct support to players, ensuring they meet tournament requirements and adhere to regulations.

- Media & Documentation: Capture and send footage from games and take pictures of newly registered players for record-keeping.

- Rules & Compliance: Ensure Lebanese players follow local padel regulations and assist in resolving any disputes.
